Map of the Tulsa Civic CenterMost TMAPC and City Council Meetings are held in the City Council Room in downtown Tulsa. Shown below is a map of the Tulsa Civic Center. The City Council Room where the meetings are held is shown as Number 2 on the map. Metered parking is available underneath at Number 7 on the map, or paid parking in the Library Parking Lot (Number 8 on the map). If you are coming early and have to eat, I recommend Baxter's located just South of location 5 on the map. There is free parking at the restaurant, and it is only a five minute walk to the council room.
